BBQ Festival Food/Snack/Drink Vendor Application 2026

Please note...submitting this form is not a guarantee to be a vendor. This is an application for consideration to the 2026 festival. Your application will be reviewed by the vendor committee and you will receive an email within two weeks if you are accepted or not. Upon being accepted, you must complete the payment process to be fully registered. Payment must be made by the deadline or an additional fee will be required.

Please note: We will make an attempt to honor space assignment requests, however, many factors go into selecting the space you are assigned. Space assignments will be sent to vendors one-two weeks before the festival. The festival is around the downtown square with entrances at all four corners. People arrive to the festival through all entrances. Various activities take place at different locations around the square throughout the day...some areas may be busier than others at different times. Like vendors will be placed around the square with preference of placement according to the order vendor payment is made. We try to place like vendors on opposite sides of the square or one per side.

After being accepted, payment instructions will follow in a separate email. Please allow up to two weeks to receive confirmation and instructions. Be sure to check your spam folder during this time! If you have not received it within two weeks, please call Vickie at the number above.

Please provide a brief description of the products you are selling or the services you are advertising. *
How many spaces do you need? Spaces are equal to a 15x15 area. Please note, you will be invoiced for the number of spaces multiplied by the current per space fee. We also rely on this information to determine your placement at the festival.  Please consider the total length of trucks and trailers, including the hitch, prep area, tents, generators, etc. *
If your setup includes a trailer or truck, please check "Yes". We will use this information when placing vendors around the square and to schedule setup times. NEW FOR 2026...all trucks or trailers must be placed on the square either Friday evening or between 5:30-6:00am on Saturday!
(Vehicles used to pull trailers are not permitted on the square after 7:00am and not allowed back on the square until 5:00pm.) *

If you will be bringing a truck or trailer, please include the dimensions here so we can properly accommodate you when assigning vendor spaces. Don't forget to include the tongue of the trailer or any additional accessories.
Will you be using a generator?
Please understand that generators must be 70dB or less, otherwise, they are not allowed to be in use around the main square. The BBQ Festival cannot provide or guarantee access to power or water. We do have two generators that may be rented based on a first come-first served basis. Email Vickie for details and cost.
