The full table price of $150 USD will be due by September 2nd, 2024, with the deposit of $75 USD to be paid upon receipt. Please be advised that your registration will only be considered fully confirmed and committed upon receipt of the final payment. Until the final payment is made, the registering author's participation cannot be announced or confirmed. It is important to note that if the final payment is not received by the specified due date, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the reserved table will be offered to individuals on the waiting list.
If you decide to split the table with another author, please let us know, so we have an accurate headcount. The table however will be reflected as full under the registering author's name (the name of the person who completes this form), so you'll be responsible for the full payment. We can provide an additional author badge upon request, however the registering author will be who is listed on the website, be the one entered into the raffle and added to any of the marketing material, as they are ultimately the one responsible for final payment.
There will be an option to pay a total of $180 to have the additional author receive the perks of the registering author ($90/author). Deposit will be $90 with the additional $90 due by September 2nd, 2024.
NO extensions for table fee payments.
NO refunds for table fees, unless the event is canceled. We reserve the right to choose each table applicant, therefore reselling your table requires prior approval.
All attendees, including Cover models, must remain fully-clothed throughout the event.
