An ARTIST CO-OP in Chama: A BEGINNING

A small group of local artists have come together to explore the feasibility of establishing a retail artist cooperative in Chama.  We would love to have your input as we begin this process.  

Please complete this questionnaire to help us identify the number of artists interested in a cooperative, the willingness of each artist to participate in the formation and function of a cooperative, and to generate ideas for success.

Please feel free to forward this questionnaire to any artist in the Chama Valley area who you think might be interested in participating in a cooperative.
