2018 Churchill Road Long Range Planning
The Long Range Planning (LRP) Survey is your opportunity to provide input to the CRS PTA's strategic direction and areas of investment. The survey focuses on three main areas: Engagement with the PTA, PTA Programming (Advocacy, After-School Activities, Community Outreach, etc.), and PTA Budget Allocation. This is your chance to share feedback and offer suggestions. The PTA asks you to be as open and detailed as possible.

Responses will be accepted from February 12, 2018 until February 28, 2018. We expect to share the feedback with the CRS community by the March 14, 2018 PTA meeting. Please feel free to direct any questions to F.J. Hueber at crslongrangeplanning@gmail.com. PLEASE SUBMIT ONE RESPONSE PER FAMILY.
