Physical activity advice after a cancer diagnosis
This research is interested in whether you have received information about physical activity since your cancer diagnosis, and if so, what advice you have received. We want to better understand the advice that cancer patients being treated in the United Kingdom are receiving about physical activity so that we can try to improve the way physical activity advice is given in the future.

This survey will ask you questions about your current health, your physical activity habits and any advice you have received about participating in physical activity. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. This research has been approved by an institutional research ethics committee.

If you would like any further information before taking part in this survey please contact Dr Stephen Gilbert (email, telephone 0191 227 4564).
