Career reflections: Tell us how you shaped your defining moments

At the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Dublin Chapter, we are shaping our next events around career transitions and we want to hear from you!

This 10 minute anonymous survey is aimed at collecting feedback & insights to gain a deeper understanding into the factors that may have influenced your significant career transition(s). We hope to use the anonymous data collected to drive career discussions with current and future leaders in healthcare. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback and time to participate in this survey.

A significant career change may involve moving from one occupation or field to another that differs greatly in terms of skills, responsibilities, industry, or level of seniority. Examples of such transitions include changing industries or sectors, relocating geographically, taking on a different role or function that requires new expertise or skill sets, or even starting one’s own business.
