UNM Gives United Way Salsa Showdown Entry 
Is your salsa the best on campus? The pack will decide in this annual kick-off event for UNM Gives United Way.

Hot or not, nothing says New Mexico like salsa! Enter YOUR recipe to compete for the tastiest salsa at UNM. The winner will receive a year of free parking at UNM (equal to current UNM parking permit, courtesy of PATS).

Contestants must provide their Salsa Recipe by October 1, at 5:00 p.m. and UNM Catering will prepare it for the day of the Showdown, to be held this year on October 16, 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the SUB Atrium. Both on-site tasting & voting as well as grab-n-go will be offered.

The Showdown will showcase three salsas: one each from faculty, staff and student.
