By participating in Poppin'Up Markets you are agreeing to release any photography or videography material for any promotional purposes. This may include Instagram, Facebook, Flyers, Poster, etc. If you would like any of the photo material sent to you please reach out to market hosts and they will send those over to you. *
I understand that if I am a minor (under 18) I must be accompanied by an adult at the Event *
I understand that going forward the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. *
I understand that Poppin'Up 509 will be sharing the Event and The Grant County Fairgrounds. ALSO the Vendors are responsible for helping spread the word to the community. We will provide you with all necessary files and Flyers to do so. *
Acknowledgment
By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read and understood the rules and regulations of Poppin'Up Markets. I acknowledge that submitting this form does not guarantee a vendor spot.

Poppin'Up Market organizers will contact applicants with their status within 1โ€“2 weeks. If approved, an invoice and vendor contract will be sent. Booth space is not secured until the signed contract is returned and payment is received.
