This form is for entering memberships online for the 2018/19 school year w/ online payment via PayPal.  

If you wish, paper membership applications may be obtained from the front office or via our website (www.lhhsptsa.org) accompanied by a cash or check payment (delivered to the front desk or PTSA board member).

Our goal is to enhance our school community by:
1) Providing Parents communication about school events and important dates.
2) Show appreciation for and provide support to our incredible Teachers and Faculty.
3) Provide Students with scholarship and leadership opportunities.
