Easter Lily Dedications in Support of the St. Matthew Community Assistance Ministry

This Easter our worship spaces will be beautifully decorated with Easter lilies from Bogie Lake Greenhouse. We are providing you the opportunity to make a donation - in any amount - to our Community Assistance (alms) fund to dedicate these flowers.

Please complete the form below if you wish to dedicate in honor of, in memory of, or in celebration of loved ones, indicating whether your donation will be made online at www.st-matthew.org/give, by check/cash in the offering plate or by mail.

Please indicate in the memo or label the envelope "EASTER DEDICATION".

Deadline for dedications is Monday, March 23 at 4pm.

Thank you for your continued support of our efforts to assist those in our congregation and community who need help during difficult times.

Should you wish to take a lily home, please do so after the final Easter worship service.
