Tell Us Your Pay Gap Stories
Equal Pay Day is April 2 this year--the day that American women's earnings catch up to men's earnings from the previous calendar year.

(That's for American women in general; the date changes if you look at women by race or by motherhood--this year, Equal Pay day falls on March 5th for Asian American women, April 19th for white women, June 10th for mothers, August 22 for black women,  September 23 for indigenous women, and November 20 for Latinas--underscoring the differences that exist within the total gender pay gap.)

We're planning to mark Equal Pay Day on The Kojo Nnamdi Show with an in-studio conversation, and we want to hear your stories about how your gender has influenced how you're paid in the D.C. region. Take our survey below to share. You can also tweet us @kojoshow.

Note: this is an anonymous survey. We will only follow up with you about your answers if you give us permission to do so.
