One of the primary challenges in building our workforce pipeline is job-site mobility. CEFGA will use the information provided to match local talent out of CEFGA's K12 Pipeline and Technical College System of GA to your local projects.
CEFGA would like to provide employers the opportunity to interview and hire students/graduates on-site at the 2018 CareerExpo and locally through April and May. Many candidates will be 18+ and ready for full-time work. Others will be 16-17 and looking for summer work and Work Based Learning opportunities when they return to school. CEFGA can train your HR personnel on how to hire these students legally and even receive a Workers' Comp incentive to do so.
