The Church began baptizing Jesus followers since the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, recorded in Acts 2, on the Day of Pentecost. Jesus' last recorded words in Matthew 28 invite us to be 'baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit."

The River administers the sacrament of baptism to children, youth, and adults. Sometimes, even though we may have been baptized at a younger age, we desire to reaffirm our faith and commitment to Jesus through remembering our baptism.
