1. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of this form and payment. 2. Payment is required prior to the workshop, and no later than November 1, 2018 to secure your space. 3. If your employer is not paying for you, and you are paying for yourself, you must make a deposit of 50% to secure your spot. 4. Cancellations received on or after November 1, 2018 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee.5. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the workshop will not be refunded.6. Should a registrant be unable to attend, you may send another person in his/her place. 7. ‘No shows’ are subject to full invoicing.8. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honoured when the event is rescheduled.
