Women's Mentoring Program Application 2021
Female UTS law students will be paired with a female mentor and have the opportunity to request a mentor of a particular background or identity.
We hope this intersectional approach to women’s issues will assist burgeoning legal professionals to break through the glass ceiling in the legal profession and be inspired by a diverse range of successful women.

The Women's Mentoring Program aims to pair mentees with mentors with shared similarities. This may relate to, for example: intended career field, personal background, migration history, language capabilities, parenthood, religious affiliations and sexuality. If it is relevant to you, please provide some specific information about yourself that you believe would be helpful for us in establishing a good mentor-mentee pairing.
