Membership Requirements: Students in good academic (2.0 or above) and conduct standing, not on disciplinary probation or have outstanding disciplinary sanctions.
Hearings are scheduled Wednesdays: 9 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 4 pm, Thursdays: 9 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 4 pm and Fridays: 9 am to 12 pm, as needed. Lunch and Learn training opportunities are offered three times during the spring semester.
Serve on a hearing committee at least twice a month (as needed) to maintain eligibility. Schedule course work and other obligations in order to be available for hearings and training. Uphold high standards for your own behavior, on and off campus. Protect the confidential nature of Conduct and Academic Integrity cases at all times. Become knowledgeable about all aspects of the Student Code of Conduct. Attending annual training as well as training offered throughout the academic year.
Membership Benefits:All members of the Office of Student Conduct Committee earn service learning hours for their time dedicated to training and hearing cases. All members will receive a certificate at the end of the academic year in recognition of service. Membership on the committee provides leadership opportunities.
