Special Order Guidelines: We cannot order grocery items that we do not already stock unless you order a full case of said item. You will, however, get a 10% discount on the case! We will call you as soon as the item arrives or if we cannot get it from our distributors. We will order for you as soon as possible and on average we receive Grocery special order items around 1-2 weeks and Supplements around 2 weeks. Items are sometimes out of stock with our supplier or on back order. Please be patient and we will update you as needed through text or phone call. If you do not have a phone, please provide another contact number to reach you through. After your initial call to tell you your item is at the store, we will provide one more courtesy call. If you do not pick up your item with-in one (1) month it will be put out on the floor for sale. If you have any questions feel free to call the store and we will assist.
