Winter Meeting 2026 Registration Refund Request Form
Due to inclement weather, we are transitioning Winter Meeting 2026 to a ALL VIRTUAL format. 

As you agreed when you purchased your registration, we have a zero refund policy for events. Furthermore, we hope that you will consider reallocating your registration purchase to be counted as a donation to the state conference and to cover non-refundable costs associated with the Winter Meeting. For those who insist, we are offering a one-time courtesy refund.

Refund Rules
  1. Please note that all refund requests must be received by January 30, 2026. 
  2. After receiving your request, we will process your refund within 3 business days, and you will receive an email notification. After we have processed your refund, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original account. Note that we are unable to adjust this timeframe. 
  3. You MUST submit this form with the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS used to purchase your registration on ActBlue.

Please search in your email from actblue.com for your ActBlue receipt. You may need to check your spam/junk folders as well. Please provide your ActBlue reference number that begins with "AB" for example "AB378538820".

If we do not have your ActBlue reference number, it WILL result in a delay to process your refund. We will prioritize requests with the reference number as it is easier for us to process.
