Due to inclement weather, we are transitioning Winter Meeting 2026 to a ALL VIRTUAL format.
As you agreed when you purchased your registration, we have a zero refund policy for events. Furthermore, we hope that you will consider reallocating your registration purchase to be counted as a donation to the state conference and to cover non-refundable costs associated with the Winter Meeting. For those who insist, we are offering a one-time courtesy refund.
Refund Rules
- Please note that all refund requests must be received by January 30, 2026.
- After receiving your request, we will process your refund within 3 business days, and you will receive an email notification. After we have processed your refund, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original account. Note that we are unable to adjust this timeframe.
- You MUST submit this form with the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS used to purchase your registration on ActBlue.
