All stallholders selling food or beverage must agree to and meet prescribed safe food handling requirements.
Each stallholder selling food or beverage is required by WCC to understand they are responsible for the availability of sufficient equipment for their food and beverage storage and food heating for the day of the event.
On the day, officers from the WCC Environmental Health team inspect all the food and drink stalls. Approved stallholders will be asked to leave the event on the day if they are unable to meet the safe hygiene requirements.
If you have any queries with regards to what is required and asked in this form please feel free to contact the Newtown Festival Office at email@example.com or (04) 389 7316.
Alternatively you can call WCC on (04) 499 4444 and ask to speak with an Environmental Health Officer - they are experts in safe food handling.
At the end of this form there are useful guidelines from the Environmental Health Team that will help you in your pre-event preparation and on Fairday.
