Requests will be reviewed once the completed form is return to the A2 Virtual+ office.

If this form is completed during the add/drop period, the online course will be dropped which means it will be removed from Powerschool and your transcript.

If this form is completed after the add/drop period, your request will only be considered if you attach a doctor’s note to the request. The request will be considered a withdrawal request. If approved, the course will remain on the transcript and a grade of "W" will be recorded.
