South School Sharks                              2024- 2025 Friendship Directory

A “Friendship Directory” is being created for your student’s Grade Level. If you are interested in having your student’s information available to classmates within the same grade, please fill out this form by Tuesday, Oct. 1.  All students will receive a Grade Level Friendship Directory, in paper format, to bring home regardless of whether they choose to be included or not.

This is a great way to make play dates, connect with other families, and help with party invites.  By not sending back the information sheet, we will not include your student’s information for the 2024-2025 school year. 

This form allows you to enter in contact names and information (email and/or cell phone) for up to three people. In addition to your student's information, only one contact name and their email address is required to submit this form. Share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
