Kōkirihia Rangatahi Wānanga (Students)
Supported by Tātai Aho Rau CORE Education and Grow Waitaha -  Tokona te Raki is sending out the invitation to our Māori and Pasifika student leaders to become local change champions by attending a series of wānanga where they will be empowered to create positive change in education.

This is the third wānanga following on from the first one we held at the end of June 2023 - the intention of this wānanga is continued whanaungatanga whilst looking at ways we can action change in education by empowering our tauira Māori and Pasifika and bringing into fruition those alternatives we identified during our last wānanga.

The hope is to continue to make space for our rangatahi to ensure their voices help shape our next steps in implementing Kōkirihia while also making sure there is a place for our rangatahi at the decision making table in education! We want our rangatahi designing what and how this will look in the future, to ensure authentic leadership.
