Immigrant Connection Standards Matrix 
Across the Immigrant Connection Legal Network, we are all working towards a single goal: to ensure immigrants receive the highest-quality service. In order to reach this goal, it is vital that each staff person focuses their energy where it is most needed. 

The Immigrant Connection Standards Matrix is designed to bring clarity and shared understanding about expectations for each site and for key roles within each site. The Standards Matrix also provides a guide to reach goals for site growth and health. 

The IC Standards Matrix aligns with the expectations of the DOJ Recognition & Accreditation program as well as the Policies and Procedures of Immigrant Connection. It highlights both areas of strength to be celebrated and areas of growth that need to be supported, and it will serve to encourage and further equip sites and staff. As members of the IC Legal Network, we are all held together and held accountable by the same standards of practice so that every immigrant we serve experiences excellence, care, and dignity.
