TOURNAMENT RULES-•Open to all individuals, male or female, 18 years or older. Under 18 may participate with a parent or guardian. Driver of boat must be 18 years of age or older. •Tournament hours will be safe light until 3PM•Starting positions will be determined by order entries are received. No entries will be accepted by mail postmarked after July 18, 2018. Entries will be accepted at the ramp – CASH ONLY. •Safe boating conduct must be observed at all times. Each competitor is required to wear a Coast Guard approved life vest, securely fastened at all times, while boat is propelled by combustion engine. •Each contestant is expected to follow high standards of sportsmanship, courtesy and conversation. No boat may fish within 50 years of another competitor, provided he is anchored with his trolling motor up. •Only artificial baits may be used. No live or cut bait is permitted. All bass must be caught alive in a legal and sporting manner. •Only one fishing line allowed in water per angler at any given time. •All participants are required to abide by all State laws and game regulations. •A limit of 5 bass, Largemouth or Suwannee Bass, may be weighed in. Scoring will be determined by pounds and ounces. •All bass may be weighed, Largemouth Bass or Suwannee Bass (no size restriction). A 4oz. penalty will be assessed for each dead fish brought back to the scale. CULLING OF DEAD FISH IS PROHIBITED – NO CULLING AT THE RAMP. •Weigh-in will be on a first come, first serve basis and fish will be released after they are weighed. •Competitors mush check-in prior to weighing in fish. •Competitors who are not at the check-in will be penalized at a rate of one pound per minute up to 10 minutes, at which time they will be disqualified. Weigh-in time will be 3:00pm. •One Big Bass Pot will be paid. •Competitors shall remain with their partners in the boat at all times during the tournament in case of breakdown, one partner may return with fish by another tournament boat, while the partner is permitted to stay with the disabled boat. •Interpretation of theses rules will be left exclusively to the tournament director. •Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted during tournament hours. •All decisions by Tournament Director are final. • COMPLETING THIS FORM IS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE IS PROOF YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE TOURNAMENT RULES.
