I hereby grant the Colorado Education Network permission to interview and take video and/or photographs of my son or daughter as part of “The Promise of Colorado” public education support campaign (“Work”), and to use my child’s name, image and likeness in connection with the campaign in any manner that is in accordance with the laws of the United States, in perpetuity throughout the universe. I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation of any character shall become payable to me for the use of my child’s name, image or likeness. I acknowledge that CEN has no obligation to utilize my child’s name, likeness or images, and I waive my right to inspect or approve the Work. CEN will take all reasonable measures to ensure the images are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. However we cannot guarantee this and take no responsibility for the way images are used by other websites or publishers or for any consequences arising from publication. Release. I release the CEN from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the interview, photographs or video, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in the Work. I have read and understood this agreement and am over the age of 18. This agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
