Intent to apply for grant or donation
Use this form to prior to submitting a grant proposal or requesting a donation totaling of $3,000 or more. Many grants require the grantee (you) to periodically submit reports to the grantor (the source of the funding) detailing how the funds are being used in compliance with the original grant request. Donations generally do not have reporting requirements, but may have additional costs in supplies, materials, etc. that will need to be funded.

The purpose of this form is to make building administration, district finance, and technology aware prior to submitting a grant or donation proposal so that your efforts to secure the funding for your project can be supported.
