This form will need to be filled out for EACH student for the new school year!  

1) Please fill out this form for EACH student to let us know what the default mode of afternoon transportation for your student will be!  We need this information to populate our dismissal app, PikMyKid.  ***NOTES: Please verify  your data for accuracy (correct phone number, no Google phone numbers can be used, etc…)****

2) This form is not used to change mode of dismissal. 

3) YOU DO NOT NEED A CODE FOR THE APP.

4) Please be patient as this data will be manually uploaded by the school to PikMyKid. Once your info is submitted it will be uploaded by the school into the app this week.  Please be patient!  THANK YOU!!!

PM times will be adjusted slightly to reflect a 2:45pm departure from MES. We understand there are questions regarding bus stops from the routes currently posted by Transportation. Please place a Let's Talk inquiry directed to Transportation (not MES) with questions or concerns. The Transportation Department handles all inquiries regarding stops.  We must know how students are being dismissed and must have the bus they are listed for at this time!
