Date: August 9th, 2025 8am -12pm/ Cooking to take place starting Friday  August 8th at 730 pm.

Agreement: In consideration and your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heir(s), executors and administrators, waive any/all rights and claims for damages I may have against Owasso Farmer and Artisan Market, the City of Owasso,  and all of its sponsors for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my team at the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers to use any photographs, video tapes recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Owasso Farmer and Artisan Market BBQ Cookoff. My signature (electronic submission) of this application signifies an agreement for my participation at the Owasso Farmer and Artisan Market BBQ Cookoff. Furthermore, I have reason all the rules and requirements that pertain to this competition and agree to follow these conditions.

**Upon approval we will invoice you the amount via Square. All fees are due upon invoicing. If your fees are not paid with in 3 days we will void your application unless other arrangements are made. Spots are limited, so if you need additional time w/ your fee please email the market owassofarmandartisanmarket@gmail.com. We will be enforcing this strongly this year as spots are limited.
