Special FBI Active Listening Training
Leaders from UNDIVIDED's MI Civic Engagement Initiative are providing a special training in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Negotiations Unit. There is no cost and anyone is welcome to attend. To register, select the training session you plan to attend and answer the questions below. Seating is limited.

This training will include:
  • Learning about real case studies with crisis negotiation experts
  • How to diffuse intense emotions and de-escalate during a crisis
  • Role play scenarios to practice and refine active listening skills
Please plan to check in no later than 15 minutes before start time. Feel free to share this registration information with others. Light snacks will be served. Parking is free at the venue.
