BIG BLUEgrass Benefit Band Questionnaire 2026
Show date: Friday, August 7th, 2026
Concert time: Doors open at 4 pm. Concert is 5-8 pm, 45 min sets. 
Each band member will receive a meal voucher, a drink token if applicable, and two comp tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased April 2026 when general tickets go on sale. 

Note: Filling out this questionnaire does not mean you are guaranteed a spot in the concert. Final decision will be made by February 2026.
