1. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. 2. Discounted hotel accommodation, convenient for the events, will be offered at participants’ own expense however participants may choose to make their own accommodation arrangements. 3. All meals and refreshments during the programme are included. 4. The cost of Inside the Customer Experience will be invoiced and must be paid to Customer Plus Ltd by 30 June 2018. 5. Cancellations up to and including 30 June will be fully refunded, thereafter a 100% cancellation fee will apply. 6. There is a minimum number of 12 delegates required for Inside the Customer Experience to take place. If the event is cancelled because of insufficient numbers delegates will be informed no later than 30 June 2018 and full refunds will be issued.
