Little Buffalo Art & Music Festival 2026For more than 40 years, the Little Buffalo Festival has brought music, art, and environmental awareness to the Central Pennsylvania community. The Perry County Council of the Arts ran the festival for about 25 years before the heart of the festival became an incredible group of volunteers known as the Buffaloes. Their passion and dedication keep the tradition alive year after year even with a fraction of the staff and funding that was previously provided by the PCCA.
The festival offers something for everyone — live music, a cozy Writers’ Nook, hands-on workshops, and children’s tents filled with art, crafts, and performances. Guests can also explore work from talented local artists and enjoy delicious offerings from local food trucks.
It’s a fun, creative, family-friendly day that celebrates community, connection, and the spirit of Little Buffalo.
Volunteers help with set up, tear down, kids' crafts, vendors, welcoming guests, merch tent, or wherever needed. You may sign up for multiple shifts. The volunteer coordinator will contact you to see what times work best for you.
We’re also looking for a few core committee members to help support the Little Buffalo Festival throughout the year. Committee members help with planning and attend a monthly meeting, usually held virtually. Please help keep this community festival alive!
