Applications are due by April 10, with a response date of April 20 and fees due by May 1. After that date, applications are accepted on a rolling basis to fill any gaps in the market, but can sometimes have a longer response time due to needing to solicit board approval. All fees are due two weeks after notification of acceptance or at the vendors' first market, whichever is sooner.
Booth fees are: Full season vendors (19 weeks) : $200 plus "good citizenship" deposit*Half-time vendors (10 weeks): $125 plus "good citizenship" deposit*Day vendors: $20 per week (the first week to be prepaid when accepted to the market)
*$25 deposit will be returned to all vendors in good standing at the end of the market season
