Please complete this form if you are interested in registering your child/children for Next Generation Extended School Care (NGESC) at 310 Woodland Street, Holliston. NGESC is affiliated with NGMA. If capacity at our site is reached, families who are currently enrolled in NGMA will have priority, based on time stamp of interest form.  Priority will also be given to families who sign up for multiple days; single day enrollment can be honored only if there is space at the program site.

Once we have received this form, we will reach out to answer any questions that you may have. Contracts and additional paperwork will be written based on the information provided on this form.  

NGESC hours are 1:45-6:00 (15 minutes prior to start time of 2:00) to cover for Placentino Elementary and Miller Elementary School.

10% Family discount for each additional student.
Tuition discount will be taken for the child with the lower tuition.
