Grant Funded Position- Computer and Technology Instructor (Virtual)
Detailed Job Description
Instructor will teach a series of Computer and Technology weekly classes, using Zoom and mainly based on Oasis Connections curriculum (https://www3.oasisnet.org/National-Programs/Connections-Technology/Course-Descriptions).

Job Specifics
Pay is $16.50 per hour.
1-2 classes per month.
Length of contract depends on the number of classes taught per month.

Teaching Schedule Breakdown
Each class length is approximately 1 ½ hours per week, plus an average of 2 hours prep time per class.
Class series ranges from 1 week to 4 weeks, depending on the class subject.

Required Skills
A friendly and approachable manner.
Excellent communications skills.
A strong commitment to helping people learn computer and technology skills.
Previous instruction experience.

Preferred Skills and Duties
Create an environment where students and staff develop and maintain positive attitudes towards teaching and learning.
