Westgate Christmas lights stalls booking form 2016
After last years successful day we have decided to to it all again! Please fill out the application form to become a stall holder. This form does not guarantee you a space at this event. Stalls are on a first come first served basis to make it fair. If you are successful we will send you an email requiring payment and only when payment has been made you have booked.

If pitches are over sized then they will be charged for. 2. The Event will open to the public from 11am sharp andre asked to arrive at 7 am and all other stallholder are asked to arrive at 7.30 am. The road will close to stallholder’s vehicles at 9.30am and all vehicles have to be removed by this time. 4. All pitches are to provide their own gazebo and tables Gazebos are used at your own risk and MUST be weighted down properly. If organisers feel that its a risk to yourself or others you will be asked to take it down. 5. Electric Power points limited and are available on a first come first served basis by prior arrangement. 6. The organiser will decide your table or pitch position. If you set up without permission you will be asked to move. 7. Strictly no counterfeit or copied goods are to be sold or advertised at the event. Anyone found to be doing this would be asked to leave without a refund. 8. Sales of inappropriate or offensive items are strictly prohibited. Stallholders will be asked to remove any such items. If you are unsure of anything please contact the organiser for guidance. 9. Anyone selling food products MUST have their hygiene stars from the council and all appropriate paperwork must be submitted by the deadline before the date of the event. Anyone without the appropriate paperwork will NOT be allowed to sell the food products and no refund will be given. 10. Stallholders are strictly not to set up before the organisers arrive 11. The venue or organisers accept no responsibility for products or services sold 12. All store holders must be covered by their own public liability insurance 13. The venue or organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to equipment or personal belongings during the event. 14. Only products or services are to be sold that are agreed before the event. If other products are sold and the same or similar goods are sold on a stall near by that have told us about the product, you will be asked to pack away and be moved 15. Violent or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. 16. The organisers reserve the right of entry to stall holders or visitors without explanation. 17. Organiser reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at short notice. 18. All monies are non refundable unless the event us cancelled by the event organisers 19. We will only cancel the event in extreme weather conditions, If you decided not to do the event due to the weather or another reason, your money will not be refunded. The Organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to stock or equipment.
