Please fill out this form to register for the Introduction to the Wheel of Consent Workshop scheduled for Saturday, October 25th, 12-6 pm, at Fulbeing Collective, 8 Barrister's Row, Wappinger Falls, New York. Please note, your registration is complete and your space will be held ONLY after payment is received. There are 10 spots available for this workshop. $150 (supportive rate, when utilized, this tier allows for increased number of accessible spaces))

$100 (represents the true cost of the workshop, including space, labor and fixed costs)

$50 (accessible rate)

Required

The venue is a converted garage next to parking, and is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located in an adjacent building, accessible with ramp. Transportation can be coordinated (in advance) from the New Hamburg or Beacon Metro North train stations.

There is seating in chairs and on the floor. Is there anything you need to access this class or that would make you more comfortable?
