2020 The Quail Motorcycle Gathering - Entrant Application
EVENT INFORMATION:
Saturday, May 16, 2020 | 10:00AM - 4:00PM
Hosted at Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel, CA

ENTRANT APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1) Submit the following online application form
2) Submit a photo of your motorcycle(s) online
2) Once received, The Quail Motorsports Council will review your application and photo(s)
3) Once the application is reviewed, The Peninsula Signature Events will e-mail you regarding the status of your application within two weeks of submitting

JUDGING ELIGIBILITY DEADLINE: FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2020
FINAL REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, APRIL 10, 2020

NEW THIS YEAR: To include your motorcycle information in the Event Program for 2020, ALL applications must be submitted and paid for by March 20, 2020

Any Motorcycle(s) being entered under a company or club name will NOT be accepted as an entrant, but instead as a Motorcycle Club Sponsorship and will be passed along to the Sponsorship & Communications Manager
Entrant Package - $195 + Service Fee
All motorcycles submitted under one Entrant Package must be under one owner only. For multiple owners or companies, you must purchase the Motorcycle Club Sponsorship Package

(1) Display Motorcycle (option to purchase up to 2 additional motorcycles on display)
(2) Tickets inclusive of lunch and non-alcoholic beverages in a private Hospitality area
(1) Entrant Plaque
(1) Event Gift Bag
(1) Event T-shirt and Hat
VIP Entrant Package (21+ Over) - $325 + Service Fee
All motorcycles submitted under one Entrant Package must be under one owner only. For multiple owners or companies, you must purchase the Motorcycle Club Sponsorship Package

(1) Display Motorcycle
(2) VIP Tickets including lunch in a private hospitality area on the field and access to an exclusive VIP Lounge including additional complimentary small bites and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
(1) Entrant Plaque
(1) Event Gift Bag
(1) Event T-shirt and Hat
Private Collection - $500 + Service Fee
Private Collections will NOT be displayed under company names and must be under one owner only. For multiple owners or companies, you must purchase the Motorcycle Club Sponsorship Package

(4-6) Display Motorcycles
(4) Tickets inclusive of lunch and non-alcoholic beverages in a private Hospitality area
(4-6) Entrant Plaques
(1) Event Gift Bag
(1) Event T-shirt and Hat
(2) Folding chairs and (1) umbrella on event field
(1) Reserved collection space on the event field (motorcycles will not be separated, but will be judged accordingly)
(1) Personal collection sign on the field
Motorcycle Club Sponsorship - $600
Your application will be forwarded to the Sponsorship and Communications Manager
