Adult ADHD Support and Skills Group: Building Focus, Confidence, and Self-Compassion

In this supportive, therapist-led space, we’ll explore both the practical skills and emotional patterns that come with ADHD. Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Strategies to strengthen focus, organization, and follow-through
  • Tools for managing executive functioning challenges in daily life
  • Understanding and reducing shame, guilt, and self-criticism
  • Building self-compassion and confidence through shared experience

You’ll leave with realistic tools, renewed self-understanding, and a community that reminds you: ADHD isn’t a character flaw — it’s a different way of thinking, and it deserves support that fits.

When: Tuesdays from 5:30 - 7:00 PM, beginning January 13, 2026 running through March 31, 2026. (12 weeks)

Cost: $50 / Session

Where: Online (link will be provided) - available from anywhere within Pennsylvania
