The Women’s Travel Club and TPI/Trevello are not responsible for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for the Company's failure to commence, perform and/ or complete any duty owed to the Client if such death, delay, bodily injury (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by Act of God, war or war like operations, mechanical breakdowns, terrorist activities or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or an event which the Company or the supplier of services, even with all due care, could not foresee.

The Women’s Travel Club will offer to match you with a roommate to avoid paying single fees. We are not responsible for issues that might arise with roommates. Your tour host will do their best to help alleviate any issues that arise or reassign roommates if possible. If you have an issue with a roommate please discreetly discuss the issue with the tour host and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

I agree to grant the Women’s Travel Club, royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes. Guest hereby gives full consent to the Women’s Travel Club to use and publish Guest’s likeness on advertisements, and acknowledges that The Women’s Travel Club or TPI/Trevello does not compensate guests in any manner for the use of images in any of the following: photographs, images, drawings and renderings, and for the use of including but not limited to: Women’s Travel Club website, brochures, advertisements, bulletins, media releases, newspaper and magazine articles, and any other form of promotion, information and publication, both print and digital.

The Women’s Travel Club recommend that members travelling on our tours have been vaccinated for COVID 19.
Some destinations and suppliers may still require specific proof of vaccinations and/or testing. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they meet those requirements.
If while travelling on our tour you have covid-19 symptoms, we ask that you notify your tour guide immediately. For the safety of the rest of the group, we encourage members who are not feeling well to wear a mask. If you test positive for covid-19, you may be required to refrain from further group activities and follow local health protocols, based on conversations with your tour guide, your group, local partners and suppliers. You are responsible for any costs associated with cancellations, interruptions or medical needs.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they meet all health and entry requirements for countries visited. Please consult a doctor or travel health clinic for advice on requirements.
