I agree to provide any necessary information for organizer including feedbacks, comments, suggestions during this four day block lecture and will respect the lecturers and other participants throughout the entire time during the lecture. Questions & Answers will be open for discussion only at the end of each lecture. Also, in order to receive the certificate of attendance, participant must pass the score of 60 percent minimum for the quiz at the end of each lecture day. Participants can choose the number of days they want to attend without having to attend all four day lecture. Only the participant who attend four days and pass 60% of the quiz at the end of the lecture will receive the official Block Lecture Certificate by TGGS. *
