Warwickshire County Chess Teams 2024-25
Warwickshire did not enter the County Championships in 2023-24, due to a lack of captains in most cases, and a perceived lack of interest from players. This survey is designed to gather data on both of those issues.

The County Championships are team competitions between counties in different rating bands. Warwickshire's path starts off in a Midlands league phase in the autumn and winter, building up into a national knockout competition in the spring and summer. The matches are almost always on a Saturday, and there are typically no more than 3 league matches per rating band, and 3 knockout matches. The games are typically slightly longer than a normal weekend standardplay tournament.

If Warwickshire reaches a point where it has captains willing to enter teams into the competition, we will share your details provided on this form with the relevant captain(s).
