What keeps you from slowing down?
Fear of having to face my demons.
Fear of boredom.
Fear of being lazy, or being seen as lazy.
External pressures (e.g. job, relationships) that I can't seem to say "no" to!
It honestly never occurred to me that "slowing down" was an option!
I have too many responsibilities, too many people depending on me.
