In-person coaching clients can expect:
- A formal intake process with a thorough needs and movement assessment
- Weekly customized programming for your goals
- Fundamental nutrition coaching and support
- Regular movement feedback and support live during training sessions and via video footage review for homework done independently.
- Straight forward $70 per session billing paid session by session or billed monthly for sessions to be delivered during the month.
