WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Congratulations on your purchase of Yoei product and welcome to Yoei Family!

1. Yoei guarantees its products for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship occurs within this one-year guarantee period, Yoei will repair or replace the product free of charge.

2. Yoei will only pay for repair or replacement if convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of a receipt, that the day on which service is claimed is within the guarantee period. Photostatted copies of this warranty card will not be accepted.

3. The guarantee does not cover products and/or product parts that are subject to wear, that can be considered as consumable parts by their nature or that are made of glass or ceramic, etc.

4. The guarantee is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, or if alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorized by Yoei.

5. This warranty does not include transport, delivery and handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment / accessory / part to and from the customer's premises or designated place will be borne by the customer.

Proof of purchase(e.g. sales invoice, sales receipts etc..) must be provided when requesting for warranty service.
