Whole Lamb - $6.50/lb hanging weight (includes processing)
Hanging weight for our lambs is 50-60 pounds, but varies with each individual animal. They will provide you with 35-45 pounds of retail cuts for a total cost of about $350, which averages to $8.75/pound in your freezer.
Pork - Available in November 2018
Hanging weight for a whole is about 180 pounds and a half is about 90 pounds, but varies with each individual animal. Processing costs also vary based on your choice in sausages, smoked items, etc. - we find our average processing cost to be about $1/lb hanging weight.
