Our Auditorium is available for rent Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm and is subject to availability.
The space includes 1,700 sq. ft of beautifully lit, ADA Accessible meeting space, with east facing floor to ceiling windows, overlooking our Wildlife Boardwalk and woodlands. Blandford staff will take care of table and chair set-up and tear-down. All guests will have access to the O’Donovan Lobby and adjacent Wildlife Education Center. Also included with all rentals is Free Admission for your attendees to the property on the date(s) of your event, 264 acres of natural environment, over 8 miles of trails spread across the property, a wide variety of wildlife ambassadors both indoors and out, Free Parking (118 parking spaces + 4 handicap spaces at the Main Campus), and an onsite staff member available during your event. CAPACITY:
Cocktail: 175 standing
Theater: 144 seated
Banquet: 112 seated at round tables (14 round tables with 8 at each)
Classroom: 70 seated at round tables facing front (14 round tables with 5 at each)
Classroom: 28 seated at rectangular tables facing front (14 tables with 2 at each)
Please note: Capacity numbers do not reflect room for catering or additional tables. Blandford staff will work with you on a custom floor plan for your event.
PRICING:
Half Day - 5 hours (including set up and tear down) $975.00
Full Day - 9 hours (including set up and tear down) $1,755.00
Discounts available for non-profits and multi-day events.
REQUIREMENTS OF RENTERS:
1. Any food used during the event must be either store bought (i.e. not homemade), or from a licensed and insured catering company.
2. Proof of a certificate of insurance for liability coverage for the date of your event, which is an approximately $95 expense, and something that you can get from your insurance company or purchase through an outside vendor.
3. Prohibited items include: candles, open flames, decorations requiring nails, staples,
pushpins tape or glue, glitter, balloons, or any other decoration that can harm the venue,
wildlife or the property.
4. No smoking on the property
5. Removing all items brought by the renter, their vendors or guests.
6. Payment is due at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
7. Changes made to the contract less than two weeks before the event may result in
additional fees.
