懇親会は 12月15日（月）18:30–20:30 にレストラン萩（会場から徒歩約2分）で開催予定です。参加費は1000円程度です。

Participation in the Banquet 
The banquet will be held on Monday, December 15, 18:30–20:30 at Restaurant Hagi (approximately a 2-minute walk from the venue). The participation fee will be around 1,000 JPY.

Participation in the Poster Session
Applications with significant deficiencies (such as content with little relevance to the forum, commercial purposes, or violations of public order and morals) may be rejected at the discretion of the organizing committee. Thank you for your understanding.

In addition, please refrain from disclosing or posting any information obtained during the forum on social media or other online platforms. Furthermore, please note that you may be asked to leave the venue depending on the circumstances.
