Bee Festival Vendor Application - WAITLIST
Beginning 2/27/26, we have moved to a waitlist for Vendors. Please only fill out this form, if you are interested in being put on our waitlist, in case we have a cancelation. THANKS!

Event Details:

Saturday, April 18th from 1 PM to 8 PM
Uptown Oxford, Ohio

Oxford, Ohio has a deep connection to beekeeping, as it was once the home to Lorenzo Langstroth, the "Father of Modern Beekeeping." This festival honors that legacy while bringing the community together for a fun-filled day of music, food, art, and of course BEES!

This opportunity is open to all retail vendors including artisans, crafters, bakers, vintage goods sellers, and general boutique who would like to be a part of our event.

Vendor spots are limited and selections will be made based on available space and overall event fit, including a strong mix of bee-themed offerings. All applicants will be notified once selections are finalized.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Ashley Keeton at akeeton@cityofoxford.org or 513-524-5212!
