Shelby County 2025 Preregistration Reorganization Convention Form

Please complete this form to pre-register. You must complete all fields and verify with your e Signature that you are a Democrat. The Shelby County Democratic Party will host its 2025 Reorganization Convention on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (491 E. McLemore Avenue, Memphis, TN 38106) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In person registration begins at 9:00 AM and the convention will officially start at 10:15 AM. Doors will be locked promptly at 10:15 AM.  You must complete all fields and verify with your eSignature that you are a Democrat.
